View Reservation Orders Associated with a Rental Unit

The system allows you to track all reservation orders linked to a rental unit directly from its view page, including the current reservation, past reservations, and future reservations.

Steps to View Reservation Orders Associated with a Rental Unit

• From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
• Click on “Units“.
• Open the desired rental unit view page.
• Navigate to the “Reservation Orders” tab.

Displayed Data

The screen displays the reservation order data linked to the unit as follows:

• Reservation order number (clickable to navigate to the view page)
• Start date and time
• End date and time
• Status and its color
• Payment status

Important Notes

• This tab only appears if there is at least one reservation order linked to the rental unit.
• This tab only appears if you have the Manage Reservation Orders or View Reservation Orders permission.
• Reservation orders from all branches are shown even if they were created in a different branch. If a reservation order was created in a different branch, the branch name appears next to the record.
