Adding Statuses to the Workflow

How to add Statuses to a Workflow

  1. From the main menu, click on “Workflows”.
    • Note: If you only have one workflow type, you’ll find the workflow types in the main menu named after the type of the first workflow. For example, if the first workflow cycle type is “Car Contracts”, it will appear in the main menu as “Car Contracts”.
  2. Click on “Settings”.
  3. Click on the card labeled “Workflow Types”.
  4. Click on the card of the workflow cycle type you wish to deactivate or activate, for example: “Car Contracts”.
  5. Click on the button “Manage Statuses”.
  6. Click on the “Add + “ button and enter the following details:
    • Name: Name of the status, for example, “Under Review”, “Installed”, or “Maintenance”.
    • Type: Select whether the status is “Open”, meaning the order associated with this workflow cycle type is still ongoing, or “Closed”.
    • Color: A distinguishing mark for this status by assigning a specific color to it.
  7. Click on the “Save” button.
