Adding a New Reservation

  • Note: To use Reservation files, make sure your account falls under the business industry of “Travel and Tourism companies”.
  • Before you start, make sure to activate the work orders app in your account.

Steps to Add a new PNR file

  1. From the main menu, click on “Reservations”.
  2. Select from the menu “Add Reservation”.
  3. Add the reservation file details:
    • Title: The name of the file specific to the reservation as it will appear in the reservation files list in the account.
    • Order Number: A number or code that distinguishes the reservation file and is sequentially placed automatically. It can be edited or the sequencing method can be changed through the settings of Sequential Numbering Settings within the account.
    • Start Date: The date of arrival for the client assigned to the reservation file.
    • Finish Date: The expiration date of the reservation and the return of the assigned travelers in the reservation file.
    • Description: Provide a general description about the nature of the new reservation file.
    • Tags: Write keywords about the reservation file to help with search operations within the software.
    • Client: Choose one of the clients from the list if the reservation file is linked to a specific client.
    • Budget: Determine the value of the budget indicator for the reservation file.
      • Note: The budget indicator in the reservation file operates either according to the expenses and costs specific to the reservation file or according to the invoices for the clients inside the reservation file.
  4. Click on the “Save” button.
