Changing the Status of the Booking

Note: Before starting, ensure that you have activated the Booking Management app in your account.

Steps to change the Reservation/ Booking Status

  1. From the main menu, click on “Bookings”.
  2. Select “Manage Bookings” from the menu.
  3. Click on the reservation you want to change its status.
  4. Click on the status button.
  5. Choose one of the reservation statuses:
    • Confirmed.
    • Pending.
    • Invoiced.
    • Cancelled.
    • Done.
