How to set up an Appointment for a Document in the Workflow

  1. From the main menu, click on “Workflows”.
    • Note: If you want to add a second workflow, you’ll find the workflows in the main menu named after the type of the first workflow. For example, if the type of the first workflow is “Car Contracts”, workflows will appear in the main menu under the name “Car Contracts”.
  2. Click on the document associated with the workflow you want.
  3. Click on the “Schedule Appointment” button.
  4. Set the appointment date in the “Date” field.
  5. Set the appointment time in the “Time” field.
  6. Enter the “Duration” value to set the time span of the appointment.
  7. Select the required action from the “Actions” list.
  8. Add “Notes” for the appointment in the text editor equipped with formatting tools.
  9. You can select a range of available options such as:
    • Share with Client: Send appointment details to the client’s portal.
      • Note: For the client to view the appointment, you must set the permission to view appointments on their page. For more details, refer to the guide on “Client Settings”
    • Recurring: The appointment is repeated at regular intervals until a specific date, and you need to set the repetition frequency, such as weekly, monthly, or yearly.
    • Assign to staff members: Choose one or more user to view and follow up on the appointment with the client.
      • Note: There must be at least one user in the account for this option to appear. For more details, you can refer to the guide on Adding a User.
  10. Click on the “Save” button.
