Adding a New Project

Note: Before starting, make sure to activate the Time Tracking app in your account.

  1. From the main menu, click on “Time Tracking“.
  2. Click on “Time Tracking Settings“.
  3. Click on the “Projects” card.
  4. Click on the “New Project” button.
  5. Adjust the new project data as follows:
    • Name: Enter the project name as required.
    • Active: Check this box to set the project status to active.
    • Add Custom Hourly Rate: Click on this link to add a custom hourly rate for each employee working on this project, different from the default hourly rate:
      • Staff: Select from the dropdown menu the employee who will work on this project.
      • Hourly Rate: Enter the work hour price for this project.
        • Note: You can add more than one custom hourly rate, in case more than one employee works on the project with different rates for each of them.
  6. Click on the “Save” button.
