Additional Fields of Rental Units

The additional fields for units allow adding various custom fields for data that you care to be present in the rental unit file. In Daftra, you find a vast array of fields, varying in use to serve all your business objectives.

How to Add Additional Fields for Rental Units

You now see the default screen for rental units, which you can stick with unless you need to create a new field.

If you want to add a field to the rental units screen, you can head to the  “Settings” dropdown from “Rental and Unit Management” in the main menu. Then click on “Unit Custom Fields”.

A list of available field types to add will appear. All you need to do is drag and drop and adjust the properties as explained in the guide to additional fields for rental units.

The field key must be unique, as using the same key for more than one field is not allowed, otherwise, an error message will appear:

“(Field name) has a Duplicate value.”

After saving, the additional fields for rental units will appear like this.

When adding a country field, you will notice that the country database automatically appears from the system due to the dynamic nature of the field, which automatically links to the country database.
