How to add Actions List to a Workflow

  1. From the main menu, click on “Workflows”.
    • Note: If you only have one workflow type, you’ll find the workflow types in the main menu named after the type of the first workflow type. For example, if the first workflow cycle type is “Car Contracts”, it will appear in the main menu as “Car Contracts”.
  2. Click on “Settings”.
  3. Click on the card labeled “Workflow Types”.
  4. Click on the card of the workflow cycle type you wish to add the actions list to, for example: “Car Contracts”.
  5. Click on the button “Manage Actions”.
  6. Click on the “Add + “ button and enter the name of the action, for example, “Delivery” or “Signing the Contract”.
  7. Note: Actions appear when scheduling an appointment with a client and are related to the nature or reason for this appointment.
