Adding a New Booking

Note: Before starting, make sure to activate the Bookings app in your account.

Adding a Booking

  1. From the main menu, click on “Bookings”.
  2. Select from the menu “Create Booking”.
  3. Select the service you want to reserve.
    • Note: The service only appears in the bookings list if its duration has been added to the “Duration in Minutes” field. For more details, refer to the guide “Add a New Service”.
  4. Click the “Next” button.
  5. Select the employee performing the service.
    • Note: The employee only appears in the booking list if they have an assigned work shift. For more details, refer to the guide Add User.
  6. Click the “Next” button.
  7. Select the booking date and time.
    • Notes:
      • Available booking days and times are determined according to the work shift of the service-performing employee.
      • The system takes into account the total durations of booked services and does not allow bookings of times that would exceed the employee’s work shift.
  8. Click the “Next” button.
  9. Select the client making the booking.
  10. Click the “Complete Reservation” button.
  • The system will show you the reservation display screen with all its details.
