General Time Tracking Settings

Note: Before starting, ensure you’ve activated the Time Tracking app in your account.

Setting up the General Time Tracking Settings

  1. From the main menu, click on “Time Tracking“.
  2. Click on “Time Tracking Settings“.
  3. Click on the “General” card.
  4. Adjust the following settings as needed:
    • Calculate entered time records in Expenses report, Profit & loss report and other financial reports: Check this box to account for the total fees of each time record in expenses, profit & loss, and financial reports, based on the hourly rate for each employee.
    • First Day of Week: Select the start of the work week from the dropdown menu as required.
    • Admin Hourly Rate: Enter the hourly rate for the admin.
  5. Click on the “Save” button.
