Assigning an Existing Transaction to a Work Order

Note: Before starting, make sure to activate the Work Orders feature in your account.

Steps to assign an existing transaction to a work order:

  1. From the main menu, click on “Work Orders.”
  2. Choose “Work Orders” from the menu.
  3. Click on the desired work order file.
  4. Click on the “Add” button.
  5. Select “Add Existing Transaction” from the menu.
  6. From the options presented, specify the transaction as follows:
    • Type: Choose the type of movement to be assigned to the work order.
    • Movement: Select the transaction to be assigned to the work order.
  7. Click the “Confirm” button.
