View Unit Type
The Unit Type view page allows you to see all the details of a unit type and navigate between different unit types, as well as perform available actions such as editing, deleting, and changing the status.
To access the page navigate to:
- From the main menu, go to “Rental & Unit Management“.
- Click on “Settings“.
- Select “Unit Types“.
- Click on the name of the unit type you want to view.
Unit Type Information
The page displays the Details tab by default, which includes the following information:
- Name and ID: The unit type name and its ID are displayed at the top of the page, alongside the first attached image if one is available.
- Pricing Method: Displays the rental method set for the unit type, whether Days, Hours, or Days & Hours.
- Check-In Time: Displays the check-in time set for the unit type. This field only appears if the pricing method is Days.
- Check-Out Time: Displays the check-out time set for the unit type. This field only appears if the pricing method is Days.
- Minimum Hours: Displays the minimum number of rental hours. This field only appears if the pricing method is Hours or Days & Hours.
- Time Slots: Displays the time slot interval for available booking slots. This field only appears if the pricing method is Hours or Days & Hours.
- Pricing Rule: Displays the name and ID of the associated pricing rule. You can click on the ID to navigate directly to the pricing rule view page.
- Images: Displays the images attached to the unit type. For each image, the preview, name, format, and size are shown.
- Tax 1: Displays the first tax associated with the unit type, if applicable.
- Tax 2: Displays the second tax associated with the unit type, if applicable.
- Description: Displays the descriptive note for the unit type, if available.
- Status: Displays the current status of the unit type, either Active or Inactive.
Additional Tabs
Alongside the Details tab, the following tabs are available at the top of the page:
- Activity Log: Displays a full log of all actions performed on this unit type.
- Units: Displays the units associated with this unit type.
- Seasonal Prices: Displays the seasonal pricing associated with this unit type.
Available Actions
The following buttons appear at the top of the view page:
- Edit: Navigates to the unit type edit page.
- Delete: Deletes the unit type from the system.
- Deactivate / Activate: Toggles the unit type status between Active and Inactive.
You can also navigate between unit types using the Next and Previous buttons at the top of the page.
