Viewing Booking Details
The system allows you to view all booking details in a unified page that includes client information, services, employees, financial transactions, and the booking activity log.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you have the permission to view bookings in your role.
Steps to View Booking Details
- From the main menu click “Bookings“.
- Click “Manage Bookings“.
- Click on the required booking from the list to navigate to its details page.
Page Content
The booking details page displays the following information:
Basic Booking Information
- Code: The automatic serial number of the booking.
- Status: The current booking status — Pending, Confirmed, Attended, Started, Completed, No Show, Cancelled.
- Payment Status: The current payment status — Not Invoiced, Unpaid, Paid, Partially Paid, Refunded, Partially Refunded. Calculated automatically from the booking invoice status.
Client Information
The client’s photo if available, name, code, email, and phone number.
Services
This section displays the booked services with the following details for each: service name and code (clickable to navigate to the service page), start date and time, end date and time, and service duration.
Employees
This section displays the employees assigned to the booking with each employee’s photo if available, name, and ID (clickable to navigate to the employee page). If each employee is assigned to a specific service, the assigned service name, dates, and duration appear next to them.
Service Forms
If the services require filling in additional data forms, each form’s data appears in a separate section. The printable template for each service can be viewed individually and the service voucher can be printed directly from the page.
Financial Transactions
This section displays the invoices linked to the booking. Invoices created by the user or those on which the user is assigned as a salesperson are displayed according to the view permissions granted to them.
Booking History
This section displays the client’s previous booking history and includes for each booking: its automatic serial number, client name, total amount, status, and payment status.
Client Profile
This section displays the client’s full profile data according to the view permissions granted to the user.
Activity Log
Click the Activity Log tab to view a complete log of all actions performed on the booking.
Available Actions
The following buttons appear at the top of the booking details page:
- Edit: Redirects you to the booking services edit form to modify any booking details.
- Send to Client: Sends the booking details to the client via email.
- Send SMS: Sends a text message to the client.
- Print: Prints the booking details.
- Printables: Displays the available printable templates for the booking.
- Convert to Invoice: Converts the booking to an invoice directly.
- Payment: Redirects you to the point of sale to complete the full payment — appears only when the payment status is “Unpaid.”
- Partial Payment: Redirects you to the point of sale to add a partial payment — appears when the payment status is “Unpaid” or “Partially Paid” and the partial payment option is enabled in the POS settings.
- Delete: Permanently deletes the booking.
Changing the Status
Click the current status button at the top of the page to change the booking status and select the new status from the dropdown menu.
Notes
- You can navigate between bookings using the Previous and Next buttons at the top of the page.
- The Convert to Invoice button appears only if no invoice has already been generated for the booking.
