Viewing the Work Item Templates List

This screen displays all Work Item Templates defined in the Construction module, with the ability to search and filter them, as well as perform individual or bulk actions.

Before You Start

• This screen requires either the “View All Work Item Templates” or “View His Own (Created) Work Item Templates” permission.
• Make sure the Construction application is activated by navigating to Settings from the main menu and selecting Apps Manager.

Steps

• From the main menu, click Construction.
• Select Work Item Templates.

A list of all defined Work Item Templates appears, displaying the following:

• Template title and code
• Work Item
• Created By
• Status (Active/Inactive)

You can filter the list as follows:

• From the Search & Filters section, select any of the following: Template (search by title or code), Work Item (search by name or code), Status (Active or Inactive).
• Click the Search button to apply the search criteria.

How the System Works

• The templates table displays the following for each row: Template (name and code), Work Item (name, code, and photo, with an automatic placeholder if no photo is available), Created By (username, photo, and creation date, with a placeholder if no photo is available), and Status (Active or Inactive).
• The following individual actions are available for each row: View, Edit, Delete, or Clone.
