Why Are Some Construction Quotations Not Displayed When Creating a Contract?

The list of quotations available when creating a contract is subject to specific filtering criteria. Therefore, a quotation will not appear in the list if it is:

• Not Approved: Only quotations with the “Approved” status are displayed.
• Linked to a Bid: Any quotation linked to a bid does not appear in this list.
• Linked to a Project That Already Has a Contract: If a quotation is linked to a project that already has a contract, the quotation will not appear in the list, as each project can only be linked to one contract.

In addition, the list is affected by the order in which other fields are selected in the form:

• If the project is selected first, the quotation list is limited to quotations for that specific project.
• If the client is selected first, both the project and quotation lists are limited to records associated with that client.
