View and Search Pricing Rules List

The system allows you to view all pricing rules in a single list with search, filter, and sort options for quick access to any rule.

Steps to View the Pricing Rules List

• From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
• Click on “Rental Pricing Rules“.

Data Displayed in the List

The list shows the following details for each pricing rule:

• Pricing rule name + ID
• Pricing method
• Status (Active / Inactive)

Search and Filter Options

• Search by pricing rule name: search by name or ID with autocomplete support. The search covers both active and inactive rules.
• Filter by status: All / Active / Inactive.
• Filter by pricing method: All / Days / Hours / Days & Hours.

To apply a search or filter click “Apply“, and to clear it click “Reset“.

Sort Options

• By pricing rule name (alphabetically ascending or descending)
• By date of creation (ascending or descending)

Default sort order: by ID descending.

Available Actions on Each Record

• View
• Edit
• Delete

Special Cases

• If there are no pricing rules in the system, the message “No Pricing Rules Have Been Added Yet” will appear.
• If the search returns no matching results, the message “No Results Found, Please Try Changing the Search Criteria” will appear.
