Change Reservation Order Status
The system allows you to change the status of a reservation order at any time to any status defined in the reservation order status settings, to track and update the reservation stages.
Steps to Change a Reservation Order Status
- From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
- Click on “Reservation Orders“.
- Search for the desired reservation order in the list.
- Open the reservation order view page.
- Click the “Change Status” button.
- Select the desired status from the dropdown list. Each status appears with its color as defined in the settings.
How the System Works
- The reservation order status changes immediately and is updated on both the view page and in the list.
- A confirmation message “Status Updated Successfully” appears.
- The status change is recorded in the general activity log and in the reservation order’s own activity log
Important Notes
- The statuses available in the dropdown list depend on what has been configured in the reservation order status settings.
- This action requires the “Manage Reservation Orders” permission.
