Change Reservation Order Status

The system allows you to change the status of a reservation order at any time to any status defined in the reservation order status settings, to track and update the reservation stages.

Steps to Change a Reservation Order Status

  • From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
  • Click on “Reservation Orders“.
  • Search for the desired reservation order in the list.
  • Open the reservation order view page.
  • Click the “Change Status” button.
  • Select the desired status from the dropdown list. Each status appears with its color as defined in the settings.

How the System Works

  • The reservation order status changes immediately and is updated on both the view page and in the list.
  • A confirmation message “Status Updated Successfully” appears.
  • The status change is recorded in the general activity log and in the reservation order’s own activity log

Important Notes

  • The statuses available in the dropdown list depend on what has been configured in the reservation order status settings.
  • This action requires the “Manage Reservation Orders” permission.
