View Seasonal Price Activity Log

The system allows you to track all actions performed on a seasonal price through the activity log, including additions, edits, and all other modifications made to its data.

Steps to View the Seasonal Price Activity Log

• From the main menu, click on Rental and Unit Management.
• Click on Seasonal Prices.
• Open the desired seasonal price.
• Navigate to the Activity Log tab.

Displayed Data

The log displays all actions performed on the seasonal price, sorted from the most recent to the oldest. For each action, the following details are shown:

• Action type (Add, Edit)
• The data that changed, including the old value and the new value
• The name of the user who performed the action
• The date and time the action was performed

Important Notes

• All actions performed on a seasonal price are automatically recorded in this log and in the system’s general activity log.
• Activity log records cannot be deleted or modified.
