Tracking Invoices and Payments in a Lease Contract

The system allows you to track all invoices linked to a lease contract through the Invoices tab on the contract view page, giving you a comprehensive view of the payment status and the amounts collected and outstanding.

Steps to Track Lease Contract Invoices

  • From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management.
  • Click on “Lease Contracts“.
  • Open the required contract.
  • Click on the “Invoices” tab.

Data Displayed in the Invoices Tab

The tab displays all invoices linked to the lease contract, whether issued upon installment payments or added manually. You can track the paid amount and the remaining amount from the total contract value through the progress bar displayed at the top of the view page.

Adding an Invoice Manually to a Lease Contract

You can add an invoice linked to a lease contract directly from the view page:

  • Click the “Add Invoice” button at the top of the contract view page.
  • You are redirected to the invoice creation page with the contract, client, and currency pre-linked automatically based on the contract data.

Important Notes

  • The Invoices tab displays all invoices linked to the contract, including installment invoices and manually added invoices.
  • Invoices with a “Draft” status are not counted toward the paid amount of the lease contract.
