Sending a Booking to the Client via Email
The system allows you to send booking details to the client directly via email from the booking details page.
Before You Begin
- Make sure you have the permission to view bookings in your role.
- Make sure a valid email address is entered in the client’s profile before sending, as this is required for the email button to appear.
Steps to Send the Booking to the Client
- From the main menu click “Bookings“.
- Open the required booking from the list.
- Click the “Send to Client” button in the action bar at the top of the booking details page.
- The booking details are sent to the client at the email address registered in their profile.
How the System Works
The email is sent immediately to the client’s registered email address in Daftra. It includes the full booking details — services, date, time, and total. The send action is recorded in the activity log.
Notes
- If the client has no registered email address the “Send to Client” button will not appear in the action bar.
- The booking can also be sent via SMS by clicking the “Send SMS” button in the same action bar.
