When does the “Sent” label appear on a construction document?
A Sent label appears at the top of the document’s view page, next to its status, after the construction quotation, contract, or payment certificate is sent to the client successfully using the Send Email button.

Note: The Sent label doesn’t change the document’s status. Contracts and payment certificates may also show a status called Sent, which is the document’s own status and differs from the email Sent label.
