How Do I Reactivate a Cancelled Booking?

There is no dedicated “activate” button for cancelled bookings — however, you can reactivate a booking by manually changing its status.

  • Go to Booking Management and open the cancelled booking.
  • Press the current status button “Cancelled” at the top of the page.
  • Select the desired status from the list — Under Review or Confirmed — to reactivate the booking.

The status change is recorded in the booking activity log along with the name of the user who made the change and the timestamp.
