What Do the “Fully Reversed” and “Partially Reversed” Badges Mean on a Payment Certificate?

The Fully Reversed or Partially Reversed badge appears in the payment certificate page header next to its status, when reverse certificates that return quantities of its items are issued on it:

  • Fully Reversed: the returned quantities cover all the quantities of the certificate items.
  • Partially Reversed: a quantity of one or more items was returned, without covering all the certificate quantities.

Note: The badge is calculated from reverse certificates with the Credited status only. The badge does not appear if the reverse certificate is issued or rejected.

After the certificate becomes fully reversed, you can’t issue another reverse certificate on it, and the message Payment Certificate is already fully reversed, you can’t issue another reverse certificate appears.

A reverse certificate gets the Credited status when you click Credit on the reverse certificate page.

You can view the reverse certificates issued on the certificate from the Reverse Payment Certificates (number) tab on the certificate page.
