View and Search Reservation Orders List

The system allows you to view all reservation orders in a single list with search, filter, and sort options for quick access to any reservation order.

Steps to View the Reservation Orders List

  • From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
  • Click on “Reservation Orders“.

Data Displayed in the List

The list shows the following details for each reservation order:

  • Reservation order number + creation date and time
  • Client image + name + code
  • Unit type name + unit name
  • Start date and time and end date and time
  • Total amount + currency + payment status
  • Status and its color

List Tabs

The list contains three quick-filter tabs:

  • All: displays all reservation orders.
  • Open: displays reservation orders with open statuses.
  • Closed: displays reservation orders with closed statuses.

Search and Filter Options

  • Reservation Order Number: search by reservation order number with autocomplete support.
  • Unit Type: search by unit type name or ID with autocomplete support. The search covers both active and inactive unit types.
  • Unit: search by unit name or ID with autocomplete support.
  • Client: search by name, code, email, or phone number with autocomplete support. Options appear in the format (client image + name + code).
  • Start Date: set a start date range. (Available in advanced search)
  • End Date: set an end date range. (Available in advanced search)
  • Payment Status: filter by payment status by selecting All, Not Invoiced, Paid, Unpaid, or Partially Paid. (Available in advanced search)
  • Order Status: filter by any status defined in the reservation order status settings. When an open status is selected the system automatically navigates to the Open tab, and when a closed status is selected it navigates to the Closed tab. (Available in advanced search)

To apply a search or filter click “Search“, and to clear it click “Reset“.

Sort Options

  • By start date (ascending or descending)
  • By end date (ascending or descending)
  • By date of creation (ascending or descending)

Default sort order: by ID descending.

Available Actions on Each Record

  • View: navigates to the reservation order details page.
  • Edit: navigates to the reservation order edit page. (Requires Manage Reservation Orders permission)
  • Delete: deletes the reservation order from the system. (Requires Manage Reservation Orders permission)

Page Header Actions

To add a new reservation order click the “Add Reservation Order” button and select:

  • Add Manual Reservation Order: to create a reservation order manually. (Requires Manage Reservation Orders permission)
  • Add Automatic Reservation Order: to create a reservation order automatically. (Requires Manage Reservation Orders permission)

Special Cases

  • If there are no reservation orders in the system, the message “No Reservation Orders Have Been Added Yet” will appear.
  • If the search returns no matching results, the message “No Results Found, Please Try Changing the Search Criteria” will appear.

Note: If the branches plugin is disabled in the account, reservation orders from all branches will appear in the list.
