How Do I Add a Payment to a Booking Invoice?
- From the main menu press Bookings.
- Press Booking Management then open the desired booking.
- Press the View Invoice button in the action bar at the top of the page.
- The system will redirect to the full invoice view page.
- Press the Add Payment button.
- Enter the payment details (amount, payment method, date) then press Save.
The invoice status updates automatically after adding the payment — from “Unpaid” to “Partially Paid” or “Paid” depending on the amount settled.
