The number of purchase invoices depends on the number of different suppliers included in the booking file.

The system automatically creates one separate purchase invoice for each supplier and groups all related services under that invoice.

For example:

• If you have one supplier for hotels, one for flights, and one for visas → the system will generate 3 purchase invoices.
• If the same supplier provides both hotel and transport services → both services will be combined into a single purchase invoice.
