Creating a Purchase Refund in a Workflow

The system allows you to add a Purchase Refund within a workflow, helping you manage return transactions and keep them linked to your workflow in an organized way. Follow these steps:

  1. From the main menu, go to “Workflows”, then select “Manage Workflows”
  2. Choose the workflow you want to add the Purchase Refund to
  3. Click on the “Add” button
  4. From the dropdown menu, select “Purchase Refund”
  5. Enter the required refund details
  6. Click “Save”

Note:
You can also add a Purchase Refund directly from the workflow screen by clicking “Assign Transaction”, selecting “Purchase Refund” from the dropdown menu, entering the required details, then clicking “Confirm”.
