View Pricing Rule Details

The system allows you to view all the details of a pricing rule from one place, including the pricing method, defined rates, and its status in the system.

Steps to View a Pricing Rule

• From the main menu, click on “Rental and Unit Management“.
• Click on “Rental Pricing Rules“.
• Search for the desired pricing rule in the list.
• Click the view icon in the actions field.

Displayed Data

• Pricing rule name + ID
• Pricing method: Days, Hours, or Days & Hours.
• Day price: appears if the pricing method is Days or Days & Hours.
• Hour price: appears if the pricing method is Hours or Days & Hours.
• Currency
• Status: Active or Inactive.
• Activity Log

Available Actions on the View Page

• Edit
• Delete
• Deactivate: changes the status from Active to Inactive.
• Activate: changes the status from Inactive to Active.

You can navigate between pricing rules using the “Previous” and “Next” buttons on the view page.
