Why doesn’t the Send Email button appear in a construction document?
The Send Email button appears at the top of the document’s view page in Construction Quotations, Contracts, and Payment Certificates, regardless of the document’s status. If you can’t find the button, check the following reasons:

| You’re on the list page, not the document’s page. | Click the document to open its page; the button appears on the document’s view page only. |
| The document isn’t a construction quotation, contract, or payment certificate, such as bids or projects. | Sending by email is available for these three types only. |
| The Construction app isn’t active. | Activate the app from the apps manager. |

Note: If the button appears but clicking it shows You are not allowed to access this page, you don’t have the Edit General Settings permission. Ask the account manager to grant you the permission.
