Why doesn’t the “Add Contract” button appear in a quotation?

The Add Contract button appears at the top of the construction quotation page when all the following conditions are met. If it doesn’t appear, check the reason:

Reason	Solution
The quotation status isn’t Approved.	Approve the quotation first using the Approve button.
The quotation is linked only to a bid.	Convert the bid to a project, so the quotation is on the project.
The project already has a contract, whether active or not.	Each project has one contract; edit the existing contract instead of adding a new one.
The quotation is already Contracted.	Open the contract from the Contract link at the top of the page.
You don’t have permission to add contracts.	Ask the account manager for the permission.
