Why doesn’t the Recycle Bin icon appear for me?

The icon only appears for users with the appropriate permission, which is disabled by default for all roles:

  • Manage Deleted Sales Transactions: Found under the Sales permissions section.
  • Manage Deleted Purchases Transactions: Found under the Purchases permissions section.

Ask your account administrator to enable the permission from the employee role settings. Once enabled, the icon appears permanently at the top of the transaction lists next to the create button, even if the bin is empty.
