Displaying the product profit report

Through the “Product Profit” report, you can view the net profit of each product after deducting the cost of goods sold from the total sales value during the specified period that can be selected while viewing the report.

Steps to view the Product Profit Report:

1. Click on “POS” from the main menu.
2. Click on “POS Reports”.
3. From the “POS Reports” page, select the “Product Profit” report.
4. After displaying the report, you can apply several additional filters, including:
   • POS Shift ID: Allows you to select specific sales sessions to view their sales based on categories.
   • POS Shift Device: Allows you to select a specific sales device to view its sales based on categories.
   • POS Shift: Allows you to select a specific POS shift or multiple shifts to view their sales based on categories.
   • From Date: Specify the start date of the period for which you want to view the report.
   • To Date: Specify the end date of the period for which you want to view the report.
   • Group By: Choose whether to group by category or by branch.
   • Order By: Choose the method of ordering the report’s data rows.
     • Various sorting options are available, such as ordering by code in ascending or descending order.
   • Currency: Select the currency in which you want to view the report.
5. Once you have made the desired filter adjustments, click on “Show Report”.
6. You can print the report using the “Print” option or export it to a CSV, Excel, or PDF file using the export options.
