Adding an Item to the Shop Front Menu

You can follow the steps below to add one or more items to the website menu alongside the default items: Home, All Products, Contact Us.

  1. From the main menu, click on “Shop Front”.
  2. Click on “Manage Content”.
  3. Click on the “Manage Menu Items” card.
  4. Enter the following data for the menu item:

    • Name: Enter the name of the menu item you want to add.
    • Type: Select the type of the item from the dropdown menu as follows:

      • Category: When selecting Category as the type of the added menu item, choose one of the categories you previously added to the account from the dropdown menu.

      • Link: When selecting Link as the type of the added menu item, enter the desired link in the field below.

      • Home Page: When selecting Home Page as the type of the added menu item, the Home Page will be automatically set as the default value in the field below.
      • Product: When selecting Product as the type of the added menu item, select the product/service from the dropdown menu below as needed.

      • Contact Us Page: When selecting Contact Us Page as the type of the added menu item, it will be the default value in the field below.
      • Content Page: When selecting Content Page as the type of the added menu item, select one of the content pages you previously added from the dropdown menu below.
  5.  Click the “Add” button.

    • The added item will move to the menu on the right side of the screen, where you can arrange its order among other menu items. For more details, refer to theOrdering Menu Items guide.
  6. Click the “Save” button.
  • The new item will appear among the main menu items in the e-commerce store.
