Assigning Invoices to a Work Order

You can assign sales invoices to work orders or workflows so that you can determine and distribute the incomes related to each workflow/ work order by the end of each work order.

Steps to Assign an Invoices to a Work Order

  1. Click on “Sales” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Invoices”.
  3. View the sales invoice that you wish to assign to a work order.
  4. From the actions menu above the invoice, click on “More Options”.
  5. Choose “Assign Work Order” from the list.
  6. Select the required work order for the dropdown menu.
  7. Click “Save” to assign the sales invoice to the chosen work order.

Note: after saving, the sales invoice will show up on the work order profile that it’s been assigned to.
