Keyboard Shortcuts in the Point of Sale

The POS app supports quick access to most items and menus within the sales screen through a set of keyboard shortcuts. By pressing specific buttons, you can directly access the quantity field for an item, issue the invoice, switch to the payment screen, or navigate between open order tabs, among other functions.

How to access the shortcuts menu in the point of sale:

1. From the main menu, click on “POS”.
2. Click on “Start Selling” to open a new sales session or proceed directly to an open sales session.
3. Inside the point of sale screen, click on the “Username” at the top right of the screen.
   • If you are already the account owner, your username will appear as “Owner”.
4. Click on “Keyboard Shortcuts”.

• A list of all available shortcuts within the sales screen will appear, along with clear instructions for the buttons that need to be pressed on the keyboard.
