Tracking Clients’ earned Loyalty Points

What does clients' earned Loyalty Points refer to?

A list that displays the number of earned loyalty points for each client for each invoice, including the status of the points, their consumption of it, and that is based on any purchase they make.

How to track Clients' earned Loyalty Points?

  1. Click on “Points & Credits” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Credit Charges”.
  3. Control how the list of earned loyalty points of your clients is displayed, including the points due to the client for each invoice, through the available search settings.

    • You can control the search settings responsible for displaying the earned loyalty points as follows:

      • Client: You can view acquired loyalty points for a specific client by searching for their name or ID number (client code).
      • Credit Type: It allows you to view the nature of the balance added to the client’s account, whether it’s a monetary amount from balance charging or loyalty points.
      • Status: The desired status of the balance to be displayed can be consumed, expired, available, or suspended.
      • Loyalty Points Acquisition Date: If you want to review earned loyalty points for clients within a specific period.
  4. Click on the loyalty points acquisition transaction you want to view for more details.
  • Note: You can easily review acquired loyalty points for a client by clicking on the “Credit Summary” field in the client’s profile.
