Adding a Credit Charge

  1. From the main menu, click on “Points & Credits“.
  2. Click on “Manage Credit Charges“.
  3. Click the button “Add Credit Charge“.
  4. Enter the credit charge details as follows:
    • Client: Select the client you want to add the charge for from the dropdown menu.
    • Credit Type: Select the desired credit type for the charge from the dropdown menu.
      • Note: For more details about the credit type, please refer to the “Credits and Points Settings” guide.
    • Credit Amount: Enter the required top-up amount in the field.
    • Start Date: Select from the calendar the start date when the system can begin consuming this credit .
    • Expiry Date: Select from the calendar the expiry date of the credit, after which the system will stop consuming the credit.
      • Note: If a client has multiple credits, the system will consume the credit  with the nearest expiration date first, to fully utilize it before its expiration.
    • Description: Enter a description to clarify the nature of the credit charge being added.
    • Suspended: Check this box to add the credit charge balance in a suspended state and prevent the system from consuming it.
  5. Click the “Save” button located at the top right of the screen.
