Adding a Recurring Appointment

This feature from Daftra allows you to set up a recurring appointment automatically, without the need to reset the appointment each time.


Steps to add a Recurring Appointment

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Appointments”.
  3. Click the “New Appointment” button.
  4. Select the “Client” from the account client list.
  5. Set the date and time of the appointment from the “Date” field.
  6. Enter the “Duration” value to set the time the appointment will take.
  7. Select the required action from the “Actions” list.
  8. Add “Notes” related to the appointment in the attached text editor with formatting tools.
  9. Click on the “Recurring” checkbox.
  10. Select the interval for the appointment recurrence (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.).
  11. Select the end date for recurrence within the “Date” field.
    • Note: If you leave the “Date” field empty, the system will repeat the appointment indefinitely.
  12. Click on the checkbox “Share With Client” to share the appointment details with the client upon saving.
  13. Click on the checkbox “Assign to staff members” to assign the appointment to one or more users for client follow-up.
  14. Select the users you want to assign this appointment to from the dropdown list “Select staff members“.
  15. Click the “Save” button.
  • The system displays only the first appointment and the one following it; it doesn’t show all the appointments from the start of the recurrence to its end.
