Client Permissions Settings

What are Client Permissions Settings?

Daftra enables you through this screen to set up your client permissions when they access their portal of the software, provided that you can give them specific permissions like editing their profile, viewing and paying their invoices, and many other client-related permissions.

Client Permissions Settings

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Client Settings”.
  3. Click on the card “Client Permissions”.
  4. The screen displays the following client permissions:
    • Disable Client Online Access: Click on this checkbox to prevent the client from logging into their portal on the software.
    • Enable Client Registration: Allow the client to register and add themselves as a new client to the account.
    • View his profile: Allow the client to view their basic data on the account (name, contact details, address, etc.).
    • Edit his profile: Allow the client to edit their basic information in the account.
    • View Shared Notes / Attachments: Allow the client to view the notes and attachments that have been shared with them. For more details, refer to the guide Adding Notes/Attachments for the Client.
    • View & Pay Invoices: Allow the client to view the invoices due to them and pay them electronically (online).
      • Note: The available payment methods for the client are according to the payment options activated on the account. For more details, refer to the guide “Payment Options”.
    • View & Approve Estimates: Allow the client to view the estimates sent to them and accept them.
    • View Work Orders: Allow the client to view their work orders and know their status.
      • Note: It is required to activate the “Work Orders” app on the account. For more details, refer to the guide “Activating the Work Orders App“.
    • View Appointments: Allow the client to view the appointments registered with them on the account.
    • Disable Booking: Prevent the client from making a booking for a service electronically (online).
    • Disable Booking Cancellation: Prevent the client from canceling their booking themselves on the account.
      • Note: It is required to activate the “Booking” app on the account. For more details, refer to the guide “Activating the Booking App“.
