Adding Notes/ Attachments to the Client File

1. Adding Notes/ Attachments

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Clients”.
  3. Click on the desired client’s file.
  4. Click on the button “Add Note/Attachment” within the client’s file.
  5. Adjust the “Date” field by adding the date and time of recording the notes and attachments.
  6. Select the executed action from the list of Action Performed.
    • Note: To modify the list of client actions, refer to the guideModify Action List.
  7. You can change the client’s status by adjusting the field value “Update Status to” and choosing the desired status from the status list.

  8. Type the required notes in the attached text editor with formatting tools.
  9. Click on the checkbox “Share with Client” if you want the client to be able to view the notes and attachments on their own portal.
  10. To attach a set of files, click on the “Attachments” button.
    • Click on the “Upload” button.
    • Select the required files from your device.
    • Ensure the upload percentage of the file reaches 100%.
  11. Click on the button “Save”.

2. Viewing the Notes/ Attachments inside the Client File

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Clients”.
  3. Click on the desired client’s file.
  4. Click on the tab “Notes/Attachments”.
  • The system displays notes and attachments in an internal screen, arranged from the newest to the oldest.
