Entering the Client Portal

What is the feature of logging in as a client?

Daftra software enables your clients to log in to the system and view their invoices, overdue balances, appointments, and everything that you permit them to access, and the client portal is displayed to the clients as illustrated in the following lines.

1. Entering the Client's Portal

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Clients”.
  3. Click on the desired client’s profile.
  4. Click on the “More Actions” button inside the client’s page.
  5. Select from the list “Login as Client”.
  • You will be directed to the client’s porta; with a sidebar to view their specific transactions.

2. Viewing the Client's Portal

  • Main Dashboard: Displays the latest invoices and estimates created for the client.
  • Invoices: Displays a list of invoices issued to the client with options:
    • View: View the invoice within the system.
    • PDF: Download the invoice as a PDF file.
    • Pay: Navigate to the client-specific online payment page.

  • Estimates: Displays a list of estimates sent to the client with options:
    • View: View the quotation within the system.
    • PDF: Download the quotation as a PDF file.
    • Accept: Approve the sent estimation.
  • Work Orders: View the client’s list of work orders.
  • Bookings: View the list of scheduled appointments with the client.
  • Appointment Booking: The client has the capability to add a new appointment in the system.
  • Statement: Review the client’s account statement.
  • My Profile: Display basic information about the client.

You can control the pages and operations that are allowed to be viewed inside the client’s page through adjusting the permission set. Refer to the guide Client Permissions Settings.
