Ordering a Package
By following the steps below, you can add the package to the client and complete the payment process for their subscription.
- Note: Before starting, ensure that you’ve activated the Points and Credits app in your account.
2. Steps to Order a Package
- From the main menu, click on “Points & Credits“.
- Click on “Manage Packages“.
- Click on the button “Order a Package” located at the top right of the screen.
- Enter the package request details as follows:
- Client: Select the required client from the dropdown menu.
- Package: Choose the desired package from the dropdown menu.
- Note: Only packages added as “Credit Charge” will appear in the dropdown. For more details, please refer to the guide “Adding a Package“.
- Click on the “Save” button located at the top right of the screen.
