Editing Clients’ Statuses List

Here,  Daftra software allows you to add and modify the list of client statuses (Potential, Regular, VIP … etc.), where you can distinguish them and manage their profiles more effectively.

 

How to modify Client's Statuses List?

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Client Settings“.
  3. Select the card “Client Follow Up Statuses“.
  4. Change the name and color for each status.
    • Click on “Sticky” to pin the status; otherwise, the status will be variable.
    • Click on “Requires Follow-up” to set an automatic follow-up appointment with the client by specifying the number of “hours” after which you want to receive a notification to start the follow-up with the client.
    • Click on the button “Add New Status” to add a new row to the list.
  5. Click on the button “Save” to confirm the addition or modification to the “Status List“.
