Editing Clients’ Statuses List
Here, Daftra software allows you to add and modify the list of client statuses (Potential, Regular, VIP … etc.), where you can distinguish them and manage their profiles more effectively.
- Note: Before starting, make sure to activate the Client Follow-up App in your account.
How to modify Client's Statuses List?
- Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
- Click on “Client Settings“.
- Select the card “Client Follow Up Statuses“.
- Change the name and color for each status.
- Click on “Sticky” to pin the status; otherwise, the status will be variable.
- Refer to the “Adding a Pinned Status” guide for more details.
- Click on “Requires Follow-up” to set an automatic follow-up appointment with the client by specifying the number of “hours” after which you want to receive a notification to start the follow-up with the client.
- Click on the button “Add New Status” to add a new row to the list.
- Click on “Sticky” to pin the status; otherwise, the status will be variable.
- Click on the button “Save” to confirm the addition or modification to the “Status List“.
