How to Send an Email to a Client

You can use Daftra to send emails to clients individually or to a group of clients at once, while personalizing each email according to the information of each client, without the need to send a separate email to each client. Here are the detailed steps:

How to send an Email to a Client or more than one Client in Daftra

Click on “Manage Clients” from the dropdown under “Clients” in the main menu, and then click on the client to whom you want to send the email.

Click on the “Send Email” button.

  • The client’s email address will automatically appear in the “To” field according to their profile information.
  • Subject: You can write the desired subject for the email or use a variable like “Business Name” to replace the variable’s value in the subject depending on the client and their data; i.e., the business name of this client will appear in the subject.
  • The email content merges between the fixed email message text that you write, and the use of “placeholders” to personalize some information in the email according to the client. For example, the “client name” variable will appear in the email with the name of the client the email is sent to, which is more useful when sending the same email to several clients at the same time while wanting to direct each email in a personalized manner including the data of each client individually. For example:

            Hello {%client-name%},

It will appear as Hello Nour,

Or Hello Hasan,

Depending on the client’s name.

If you want to direct the email to more than one client, you need to add the email addresses of these clients in the “To” field.

Click on the “Choose File” button to attach a file to the email.

The email reaches the client in this way.
