Appointments List

To add an appointments list, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Appointments”.
  3. You can control the status of each appointment in the “Status” list and select from:
    • Scheduled: The appointment has been booked.
    • Done: Confirmation of the completion of the specified appointment.
    • Dismissed: In case of canceling or postponing a specified appointment.
  4. You can change the view mode of appointments by toggling the buttons at the top of the list and selecting from:
    • List View: The appointment records are displayed as a list sorted by date from oldest to newest.
    • Calendar View: Appointment records are displayed in a table representing the calendar, divided by “month”, “week”, or “day”.
  5. You can sort the appointments in the list by clicking on the “Sort By” button and selecting from:
    • Date: The date of the specified appointment with the client.
    • Created Date: The date the appointment was created in the account.
  6. You can filter appointments in the list by:
    • Staff: Display the appointments assigned to one of the staff.
    • Action: Display appointments assigned by a certain action.
    • Status: Display appointments by a certain status.
