Client Categories

What are Client Categories?

Client categorization is a feature through which you can divide your clients into distinctive groups with a specific name. This allows you to later assign certain features to these clients, such as applying a loyalty rule targeting only them, or even to facilitate the search for a category of clients through advanced search settings

How to categorize clients

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Select “Manage Clients“.
  3. Choose the client file you wish to categorize.
  4. Click “Edit“.
  5. Add the Category of the client from the Account Details section.
  6. Select the Category from the dropdown list when clicking the arrow next to the category box, in case of re-entering a previously saved category in the system.
    • Note: If you’re entering a new category for the first time, type it in the category box and press the Enter key on the keyboard.
  7. Click “Save“.
