Modifying the Actions List

In this topic, you will learn how to modify the list of actions taken during appointments with clients, allowing you to link the appointment with the action taken by the responsible staff.

Steps to modify the Actions List

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Appointments”.
  3. Click the “New Appointment” button.
  4. Click on the “Actions” dropdown within the appointment addition page.
  5. Click on “Edit Actions List”.
  6. On the edit page, you can change the text for each action.
    • Click the “Delete” button to remove the action from the list.
    • Click the “Add New Action” button to enter a new line to the list.
  7. Click the “Save” button to apply changes to the “Actions List”.
