Adding a Form Record to the client’s file

How to add a related form record to the client

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Clients”.
  3. Click on the desired client file.
  4. Click on the “Add” button located at the top right of the client’s page.
  5. Select from the menu the “Form” that you want to add a record to.
  6. Fill in the designated fields in the form.
  7. Click on the “Save” button.
