Actions on Clients Attendance

You can edit, delete, or export the attendance log of clients to a CSV file by following the steps below.

Modifying a Client Attendance Log

  1. From the main menu, click on “Client Attendance“.
  2. Click on “Clients Attendance Logs“.
  3. Click on the three-dot button “” next to the desired client’s attendance log.
  4. Click on the “Edit” button.
    • The system will display a window containing the client’s name, date, and time of attendance.
  5. Adjust the time and date using the calendar.
  6. Click the “Save” button located below the calendar.

Deleting a Client Attendance Log

  1. From the main menu, click on “Client Attendance“.
  2. Click on “Client Attendance Logs“.
  3. Click on the three-dot button “” next to the desired client’s attendance log.
  4. Click on the “Delete” option from the menu.
  5. Click on the “Yes” button when the deletion confirmation message appears.

Exporting a Client Attendance Log

  1. From the main menu, click on “Clients Attendance“.
  2. Click on “Client Attendance Logs“.
  3. Click on the checkbox next to the attendance record you wish to export.
  4. Click on the “Actions” button located at the top left of the screen.
  5. Click on “Export” from the dropdown menu.
    • Note:
      • The system will open a new page containing all the options that can be exported for the client.
      • All options are selected by default, you can unselect all by clicking the “Unselect All” button.
      • You can select the desired options by clicking on their respective checkboxes.
  6. Click on the “Export” button located at the top right of the screen.
    • The system will download a CSV file containing all the data that was selected for export.
