Suspending a Client

What is the feature of suspending the client?

The “Client Suspension” feature is used to halt the client’s ability to log into their account in the software and prevent them from proceeding with their latest transactions, whether they are invoices, estimates, or other available client transactions.

Suspending the Client

  1. Click on “Clients” from the main menu.
  2. Click on “Manage Clients”.
  3. Click on the desired client’s profile.
  4. Click on the button labeled “More Actions”.
  5. Select “Suspended” from the menu.
  6. Click on the “Yes” button to confirm suspending the client.
